Nick is a Northshore native and currently lives in Mandeville. Receiving his license in 2006, he began as a buyer specialist for The LaRocca Team (TLT) at Keller Williams Realty Services becoming familiar with the ins and outs of real estate. From 2008 - 2018 Nick rose to the top 20% in production receiving nominations to serve on the market center ALC. In 2018 TLT achieved a sales volume of just under 17 million dollars in home sales. The LaRocca Team is comprised of 4 members: Nick as co-owner, CEO and listing specialist, Patrice LaRocca as co-owner, COO and Buyer specialist. Clare Rogers our full time showing assistant and Dawn Reilly our transaction coordinator and executive assistant. In 2018, Nick was also honored to become the regional cultural ambassador receiving the award at Mega Camp. The year following in 2019 Nick was promoted to General Manager of Keller Williams Realty Services where he’s currently supporting and serving 260+ agents and staff.
